Meet Lenore…

The best way out is always through

– ROBERT FROST

 Hello/tanisi!

My passion has always been children and families! I work with littles, ages 8 and up with play-based therapeutic approaches, adolescents, adults and families. My practice is as diverse as my clientele; everyone has a unique experience in this world, and I love to walk the journey with my clients from pain to empowerment. My base practice is attachment-based, trauma informed, and emotion focused. Family dynamics and relationships of all kinds is a specialty of mine, so whether you are looking for individual, couples, or family therapy, I’ve got you! I am also specially trained in assessing and treating eating disorders.

I love being in nature, spending time with family and friends, both two legged and four legged! Daily mindfulness and gratitude practice keeps me grounded, centered and able to be at my best both personally and professionally.

I look forward to meeting and walking with you on your journey to wellness.
