Meet Julie…
“To live will be an awfully big adventure.”
- J.M. BarrieHello! My name is Julie, and I am a Registered Psychologist that has been working as a trauma-informed therapist since 2016. I work from a person-centred, feminist perspective that aims to empower clients in achieving their own goals.
During my career, I have been privileged to work with and learn from a wide variety of individuals from all different walks of life. It is a continuous joy and honor to walk alongside clients in their healing journeys. I specialize in working with women, and I take special interest in helping women to heal past wounds and develop safe and healthy boundaries in their current relationships. As a mother myself, I am also fiercely devoted to helping fellow parents navigate pregnancy, pregnancy loss, matrescence/adjustment to parenthood, and the challenges of loving and living with littles! Outside of work, I enjoy adventuring with my family, reading, spending time with friends, and consuming media about cool dragons.
