“ one day, in retrospect, the years of struggle will strike you as the most beautiful”

"Hello!

I’m Zoe Woolsey, a registered provisional psychologist. Over the last five years I have been given the opportunity to work in a number of non-profit organizations working with Children, adolescents, teens, and their families. As a result I am passionate about supporting these populations in a safe, supportive, and caring therapeutic environment as they navigate the complexities of life. My work is driven by a deep understanding of how challenging experiences can shape us and I am a firm believer in the power of resilience, connection, and healing. When I’m not at work or attending training opportunities I can be found out in nature with my family and high energy pups exploring and adventure, or at concerts for my favorite bands.

My approach to therapy is grounded in creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. At the heart of my practice is a commitment to connection and collaboration. I view therapy as a partnership, where clients feel empowered to take the lead in their own healing journey. My role is to guide with humor, compassion, creating a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, gain insight, and develop tools to navigate life’s challenges. I recognize that every client is unique, bringing their own individual experiences, strengths, and challenges to therapy. I believe that clients are the experts on their own lives, and my role is to walk alongside them as a guide and collaborator. By meeting clients where they are, I strive to honor their pace and readiness for change, ensuring that the therapeutic process is both respectful and empowering.

I tailor therapy to suit each client's specific needs, goals, and preferences, drawing on a variety of evidence-based approaches and techniques to best support their journey. Whether exploring past experiences, navigating present challenges, or working toward future aspirations, I work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized strategies that align with their values and priorities. My goal is to foster growth, resilience, and self-awareness while empowering clients to make meaningful changes and move toward the life they desire.

I cannot wait to meet you!"
